I have worked with Jackie for 3 years now during my custody battle for my children. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure that not only did I feel comfortable with the way the case was going, but my family as well. She is always prompt and clear in her correspondence with us and is willin...g to go out of her way to explains things that may be confusing. She is wonderful at explaining the ins and outs of the court process, as well giving her professional advice and taking my opinion into account as well. Overall I would recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a lawyer that puts you first, and I will continue to use her in the future.

Attorney Jorgensen is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate attorney and did an excellent job at strategizing a plan to help me through my divorce and get primary custody of my children. She championed me in every capacity - supported me through every step with care, professionalism, and thorough, c...oncise communication. I weathered the divorce process with a lot more strength because of her. She understood me, my situation and was able to translate my family’s needs to the Court. She fought for me and I am eternally grateful. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have previously used Jacqueline for consultations and she has always provided sound legal advice. I hired Jacqueline to represent me at trial and she was exceptional. She was articulate, professional and extremely knowledgeable. My case wasn't easy, but she was able to present the evidence in a man...ner that was favorable to the Mother. She was a pleasure to work with and she assisted in getting nearly all my reliefs granted. I would definitely use her again.

If you're a father trying to get custody of your children in a divorce, this is a warning. My (self proclaimed, high-conflict Borderline, Narcissist) ex is dating a registered sex offender, driving drunk and high with our child in the car, taking 3 Rx drugs (all admitted in court!) and Ms Jorgensen t...hought I should "settle" for child support and meager visitation...rather that try to get custody. I honestly thought she was joking! It was as if she was working for the other side, she even filed a MOTION TO TAKE MY DEPOSITION for the other side (YES!). SHE NEVER DID ANY DISCOVERY, REFUSED TO TAKE DEPOSITIONS and notice ME of hearings, I had to write all pleadings in which she changed a line or two then charged for hours and hours of work. Even tried to file another man's financial affidavit in my case, who by the way made a hell of a lot more money than I do! WHO Knows how many years it would take to straighten THAT ONE out?! Attorneys like her make the whole family court legal system, the lawyers, the judges in Hillsborough County FL appear to be "in cahoots" and geared toward keeping EZ money and federal block grant funds coming in by making hard working fathers into cash cows. Fact is they could care less about the welfare your child... there's too much money to be had in conflict. As a final farewell, just to add some more insult to injury, on her way out she had the audacity to text me a "hey it's your kid not mine" email. My post here is 100% verifiable, so we'll see if AVVO ratings are real or just a another fraud.
