I'm currently dealing with a commercial litigation issue. I put together a case file of more than 60 pages - Sunbiz records, county clerk documents, and court filings - and sent it to the firm over the weekend. Two days later I spoke with Charles. Consulted with Attorney Zoecklein and was assigned the associate, Charles Adams. He is negligent in answering phone calls or emails, and ignores messages sent through the client portal. Because of this negligence, a response to my Complaint sat in his email that he failed to open and read, thus defau...lting the defendant erroneously and had to withdraw the Motion for Default and ask the Court to set aside the Order of default. He lacks timely communication with his clients when actions need to be taken. If you want to throw your $$$ away, hire him.
