Consulted with Attorney Zoecklein and was assigned the associate, Charles Adams. He is negligent in answering phone calls or emails, and ignores messages sent through the client portal. Because of this negligence, a response to my Complaint sat in his email that he failed to open and read, thus defau...lting the defendant erroneously and had to withdraw the Motion for Default and ask the Court to set aside the Order of default. He lacks timely communication with his clients when actions need to be taken. If you want to throw your $$$ away, hire him.
