We were referred to Attorney Hemness by a long time friend of our family. Attorney Hemness clarified Florida law as it pertained to the issues we were wrestling with regarding the resolution and distribution of our family property. Mr. Hemness stated the Florida law that was relevant to our situat...ion. He gave the law as it stands by statute and he then explained how the law is practically applied to a situation likes ours. It was his explanation of how the law was interpreted and administered that made it easier for us to understand our overall situation. This new insight has removed a lot of stress for me.
