Unfortunately, the majority of my cases involve someone's capacity, so a high degree of confidentiality applies. Posting any identifiable details here would not be appropriate. For reasons unknown, ... the Court determined TCB's mother was legally disqualified from serving as his guardian. At the request of Court-Appointed Counsel, professional guardian Susan Whitney was appointed as TCB's plenary guardian until such time as the Court identifies another professional guardian who the Court determines is qualified and willing to serve.
