I am an Equity Partner with Sachs Sax Caplan Kaskel & Schner, PLLC in Boca Raton, Florida, where I chair the firm's Real Estate and Transactional Law Group. I am one of a select group of Florida attorneys who hold dual Florida Bar Board Certification in both Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law, reflecting the highest level of experience, professionalism, and expertise recognized by The Florida Bar.

For nearly 35 years, I have represented businesses, developers, lenders, investors, condominium and homeowners' associations, title companies, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial and residential real estate matters throughout Florida. My practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, real estate closings, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing, real estate financing, title insurance and title disputes, commercial and residential acquisitions, condominium and HOA law, corporate transactions, and complex real estate matters.

Clients rely on me to structure, negotiate, and close sophisticated real estate transactions while identifying and resolving legal issues before they become costly disputes. Whether representing a first-time buyer, a commercial developer, a lender, a condominium association, or a business owner, I provide practical, responsive, and results-oriented legal counsel.

I have served on numerous Florida Bar committees, including two terms as Chair of a Florida Bar Grievance Committee, and I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. I remain actively involved in professional, civic, charitable, and community organizations throughout South Florida.
