Paul took my $1000 from me to obtain papers of Administration for an IRA left by my Mom, without a beneficiary. He did nothing, yet all the while emailed me with one excuse after another. I finally found out in February, that he is on suspension, and he took my case and my money. He tried to have an...other attorney handle the case without notifying me. I have since received money minus court court, from someone in his firm after hiring another attorney.
