He was hired to handle debt reduction but what he actually did was nothing except take monthly payments out of my account. I ended up having papers served to me to pay the unpaid debt, which I did. I would ask for paperwork from him to show what work he had done and recieved nothing, on line or by ...mail. I cannot tell you how many times I emailed or called him and his secretary and recieved no response. He started out with another firm handling his cases and they quit working for him because of his ignoring his customers.

I hired this group to represent me in Debt Reduction. They promised to negotiate with my creditors, reduce my debt, provide all communication on time, provide local representation if it was required. They did none of the above. They failed so miserably that they issued a letter to clients stating ...they had "mis-represented and failed to provide services as agreed". Their failures resulted in a summary judgement against me in court because they failed to provide any information to the court. When I asked for a copy of my file, I found they had done nearly nothing at all. All attempts to receive a refund have gone un-answered, much the same as any other actions requested.
