The debtor got the message that he was up against a very capable and aggressive attorney and eventually paid my claim in full. I was also lawfully levied by the IRS and Mr. Miller was able to get the federal tax levy against my bank account released and somehow (i.e., through his tenacity, determination, refusal to give up or give in to the IRS, etc.) arranged for the levied funds to be put back into my bank account even after the funds were paid by the bank to the IRS. In addition to his relentless effort in going to bat for me, Mr. Miller was very professional and courteous and communicated well throughout the entire process.
