I engaged Mr. Miller after over $5,000 was taken from both my personal and business accounts and paid to the IRS on two separate occasions as a result of IRS levies. These funds were taken both my corporate bank account and once by intercepting payment from a customer. Mr. Miller on both occasions, ...through persistence, aggressive representation, and using the right channels got the IRS to return the money after they had received the funds, even though I owed the IRS in excess of $150K at the time. At the same time as he was working to have my money returned, he was able to work with the IRS and arrange for a payment plan to address the $150,000 in back taxes I owed. The monthly payment he negotiated with the IRS worked within my budget and helped end the IRS collection efforts. As a result of his successful efforts on my behalf, I have continued to engage Mr. Miller to work on behalf on both personal and business related tax matters.
