Great Lawyer

Sheehan Gobin helped my husband and I with the purchase of our first house. He meticulously inspected the contract and ensured we weren't being charged more than we should. He actually found a few mistakes and saved us money. I would use his services again.

Excellent Attorney -Highly recommended very knowledgeable

Great attorney, honest guy who will always have your best interest in mind. He answers phone calls and emails promptly and went through the closing process with me in depth. All good experiences using him and will continue to do so. I highly recommend him. Thanks Sheehan

Best By Far

I knew very little of the buying process but Sheehan Gobin explained every step of the way, handled every issue that arose with efficiency and professionalism. we had many issues at closing and Mr. Gobin tackled each one with an expertise that mad eye feel like I was in great hands. Everything work...s out great at the end and I can honestly say it was because of him not missing a single step and staying on top of the other sides paperwork. I would not only recommend him, I would strongly urge you to hire Mr. Gobin if you want everything to go right and feel safe in good hands.

Excellent Real Estate Attorney- Knowledgeable and Experienced

Attorney Gobin has a wealth of knowledge on all real estate related matters. He is my go to attorney and referral source for all my real estate needs- everything from title work to facilitating complex residential closings. He takes his time to explain every step of the process and all the legalities... involved in a comprehensible manner that made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the best representation possible. I highly recommend Attorney Gobin.
