I recently had an issue with my university, where they were accusing me of owing money to them, that I DID NOT OWE. When I brought it to their attention they refused to correct the issue.. I couldn't get my transcripts which I needed in order to verify my education with a new job.. Maria was referred... to me by a friend. I told her I was tight on cash as I am just a student and didn't have much. Never the less she worked with me. She even spoke to my employer and explained the issue. She disputed the charge with my university's attorney, and actually got them to admit they were wrong and had them waive the debt. They finally released my transcripts and I got the job which I really wanted and needed. She was patient, understanding, and very nice.
