Elissa Fitzmartin

I knew from my first meeting with Elissa Fitzmartin I was in good hands. She speaks with few words but every word is impactful. From the beginning she answered every question with clarity. She was patient and listened....no, she HEARD everything I said. She cared about everything I was going through.... Somehow she answered questions I didn't know I had! She untangled the web of doctors and insurance companies. I never had to call her to find out what was going on with my case....she was always in touch with me. Always. Yes, I suppose lawyers are suppose to do all this but I have heard some real horror stories about other lawyers from people. On top of her professionalism and knowledge.....Elissa was kind.....so kind. She got results......she was diligent and didn't settle for so-so. She kept pushing forward on my behalf...and I will always be grateful for her kindness, professionalism, tenacity and well... just being the human that she is.
