The Senior Closer who handled our case was slow to get her work done and helped cause a several day delay in closing. Then with less than 24 hours until closing I was shown the fees for the first time. They wanted to charge me $1000 as the buyer, which is typically no more than $550 through other fir...ms. My attempt to reach Mr. Landau was unsucessfull, so I assume he has enough clients. Go somehwere else. I do not recommend this lawyer or his services.
