Benjamin Gray Partlow

I grew up in a small town in Illinois, where everyone knew each other.  I bring those small town values to my life, where my two biggest passions are my family and my work.

I have been working at Topkin & Partlow for my whole career, and we are a small firm of 5 lawyers.  As a small firm, we are like a family, and that is how I strive to treat my clients; like family.  I pride myself on my availability to my clients, client interaction, communication, results and satisfaction.

At Topkin & Partlow I am a managing partner where I concentrate my practice on state civil trial law, specializing in the areas of car accidents, personal injury, personal injury protection, liability claims, insurance coverage, contracts, healthcare law and general civil liability.  I have been with Topkin & Partlow since the firm’s inception in 2006 and successfully handle all aspects of cases from pre-suit through litigation, trial to verdict and the appellate process.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois and received my Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2006.  While in law school, I served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review and was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
