Nothing but delay. Spon

We keep being told he is not ready for trial, and then he is and then he isn't. We call the office and go directly into email and he does not respond. He has been paid a lot of money, he has had more than 6 months to be prepaird for this hearing and just before the dates twice now we are told he i...snt ready!!!!

David’s comment:

“As the owner of my firm, I was held responsible for the actions of an employee who acted without my knowledge, as well as the use of verbiage in my firm's fictitious name which the Bar deemed as potentially misleading. No clients were harmed nor would I ever, knowingly, harm a client.”
