Very Knowledgable Patent Attorney
Came to Jason after a disappointing experience with different patent law firm who prepared a provisional patent for us. Jason was fantastic
Jason has been wonderful to work with. He helped prepare a provisional patent for me after explaining why it was the best option for this stage in the development of my product. He was very thoughtful and thorough. His PHD in chemistry combined with his experience working in the chemistry department at the US patent office was invaluable in evaluating and understanding my product. His ongoing communication was excellent. He remained on schedule and his pricing is very fair. Furthermore, he is patient, friendly and kind which made him a joy to work with.

Saved the bacon
Jason is a GREAT patent attorney. He really knows what to do. I have over 40 patents and have worked with more than 10 patent attorneys working for large corporations. Jason is at the very top attorney of anyone I have worked with. I wrote the patent myself. Then I received rejection from the patent office. Jason took my poorly written patent and was able to squeeze out the main claim that I wanted.
