Mr. Silver has been actively involved in civil and criminal trial litigation locally in Broward and Palm Beach County for more than 20 years. He personally oversees the handling of each and every case handled by the firm. Mr. Silver's practice is limited to the areas of personal injury,wrongful death, criminal defense, DUI defense and othercriminal traffic offenses.

Mr. Silver was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and to the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1993. He has handled cases at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Silver earned his law degree from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1991 and his B.A. degree from the University of Florida, Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi, in 1988.

Only attorney I would recommend

I highly doubt there is another attorney out there that will go to the lengths Bruce Silver and his team go to to make sure you get everything you need. Both times he represented me were incredible experiences. First time, when I went to him I had been ruled AT FAULT in the accident I was in. This di...dn't deter him from taking on my case, and in the end he got it overturned and got an amazing ruling on my case. The second time the insurance company was really coming after me on the property damage side of it. Again, Bruce and his team spent countless hours doing whatever they could to get this resolved (which he has no obligation to have anything to do with, nor do they get paid for assisting in the property damage portion of the case.) I can't express enough how great of an experience it was working with Bruce and the whole firm, who were always available, respectful, and would give me as much of their time as I needed. They are the only law firm I would ever recommend to anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended. I cannot say enough about the job that Bruce and Nicole and their entire staff did for my family. My daughter was attacked by a dog and when something like this happens, you really don't know where to turn. We were scared and confused as to what to do next. Bruc...e got started right away and did an amazing job with handling the legal aspects. He worked aggressively for us and did not quit until he exhausted EVERY avenue. He also helped us get through the aftermath of it all by referring out child psychologists and plastic surgeons. ALL of his referrals treated us in the same manner that his office did...like family. He always made us feel better about the whole situation by assuring us that he and his staff would be there for us every step of the way. I truly believe that without his help, we would not have gotten through such a devastating period of our lives. He turned something absolutely awful, into something somewhat tolerable. For that..I will forever be grateful.

The other guy said it was my fault........

I hired Silver and Silver to represent me because my insurance company was unresponsive and overall unhelpful. They treated me like I was at fault and I, clearly, was not. Bruce and Nicole Silver did a fabulous job representing me and negotiated an excellent settlement that I was very happy with. ...They are both very personable and very good listeners. They remembered my case and even my family members names every time I called. I never felt rushed and they walked me through the whole process. From start to finish it took less than 5 months. These are "real" people. I highly recommend them. By the way, their PA, Elayne, was wonderful also.

Professional, kind, dedicated and intelligent, will get you a nice settlement

First of all I have to say that I don’t like lawyers, and I have never written a review. This being said, I have to write this review because for the first time, I was able to find someone discover a true attorney. I was rear ended 2 years ago in Port saint Lucie Florida. I hired a Miami lawyer. Af...ter 6 month my case was dead. I was able to find Bruce Silver over the internet. I was reluctant to meet him but I did it. For the first time I can say that it worked!. Bruce meet me in person in his satellite office in Wellington Fl. He revived the case. Along the way he was able to make things worked. I am a school teacher and I don’t have too much time just like many people. I had to take an MRI and things weren’t going well because my schedule and the fact that I was unwilling to go through a close MRI. He was able to contact the owner of an MRI facility in Palm Beach, and they worked the schedule around me, all because Bruce Silver. In addition to giving you personal attention, he explained every step of the process and was always concern about my case. He sent me to several specialist, doctors etc. As I said before he was always providing good options for my case. This guy is very smart and will always explain you the whole picture, in order for you to make an informed decision. He works with his wife Nichole silver that handles most of the paper work. Bruce and Nichole keep things simple and they are very organized. Their main office is located in Boca Raton but I understand that they meet their customers in their satellite offices throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties. (They meet with me in Wellington.) I will definitely recommend Bruce Silver. He is a humane person that treats you with respect and dignity and sees you as a victim of an accident not as a number or a commodity. Many lawyers out there will never meet you in person; you just deal with assistants and secretaries. Bruce is there for you and allows you to have control over your case and again let you make informed decisions. I was able to get a very decent settlement and along the way I meet a great guy and I made a friend. (Something almost impossible especially in this field of work) In addition to being an excellent attorney, Bruce has too much potential to just continue being an accident lawyer. One day he will find a position where he will be able to affect in a positive way the life of many individuals. He is a leader. I will strongly recommend this guy. Without a doubt he is the best attorney I have ever met. I know that it sounds too positive but it’s true. (Like I said before I don’t like attorneys)… well know I guess I can say that I like one. Incredible Bedside Manner with Tough Legal Actions

Bruce and his staff helped me with a rear end collision that resulted in my favor. They made the process super easy and kept me up to date on all paperwork needed, court dates, etc. Their open door policy felt like you were walking into a friend's house, rather than a stuffy office.
