June represented my wife and I and not only did she overcharge us, but she lost several of our items, which we had to keep redoing and reprinting, costing us time and money. She then, still pretending to be someone other than herself, told us that we should stop calling and just wait because she will take care of everything. Eventually, we ended up cutting our losses with her and applying by ourselves, finishing the application process in less time than it took to even get started with her.
