We had an excellent experience working with Attorney June and her entire team on my wife’s immigration case. From beginning to end, everything was clear, organized, and handled professionally. Communication was smooth and efficient — whenever we had a meaningful question, we received helpful guida...nce and precise instructions, which made the whole process surprisingly stress-free. My wife’s green card was approved smoothly, and we always knew exactly what to prepare and what to expect. I especially appreciate June’s integrity and empathy. She genuinely looks out for her clients’ best interests. I have referred friends to her, and in multiple cases she actually advised them against unnecessary filings or expenses, saving them money rather than encouraging extra legal work. That level of honesty is rare and speaks volumes about her character. Overall, June and her staff are responsible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you want a lawyer who communicates clearly, treats clients with respect, and handles cases the right way, I strongly recommend her.

Zero star!! Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The attorney was rude, arrogant, and dismissive, with a consistently poor attitude toward both clients and staff. While present in the office, I personally overheard the attorney speaking in an extremely unprofessional and degrading ...manner about clients, as well as verbally berating her own employees. This kind of conduct is shocking and completely inappropriate for a legal professional. After collecting a very high fee upfront, there was little to no follow-up from the office. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, and most of the time I was told the attorney was “busy” or unavailable. The work product contained multiple errors and had to be revised multiple times, yet issues were never fully resolved. Despite the time-sensitive nature of my situation, there was a complete lack of urgency, care, and professionalism. Given the high fees charged, the level of service, conduct, and professionalism was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm.

June represented my wife and I and not only did she overcharge us, but she lost several of our items, which we had to keep redoing and reprinting, costing us time and money. She also sent our original documents to the immigration office, which we were unable to ever get back due to her careless mista...ke. June Zhou is very sloppy, has a mess of an office with mounds of unsorted papers. She needs to be constantly reminded of the case and will not do anything quick other than collecting your money. During our second case with her, within a week of starting, she stopped picking up calls and had her desk lady tell us that she is away and will call us back when she is available. Every day we called, for over a week, we would get the same answer. Finally, after repeatedly calling under different numbers (because she would stop picking up if she recognized our number), she picked up the phone pretending to be one of her workers and said that "June Zhou" is in court and not available. She then, still pretending to be someone other than herself, told us that we should stop calling and just wait because she will take care of everything. Eventually, we ended up cutting our losses with her and applying by ourselves, finishing the application process in less time than it took to even get started with her.
