I was in a messy child custody and support case. My church friends recommended me to attorney Zhou. I met her and found that she is very easy to talk to and very kind. She patiently listened to my story and gather all information. She and her office teams worked hard and diligently. I am satisfie...d with the result. I thank for my friends who recommended her and will recommend her to anyone who need attorney service.

Zero star!! Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The attorney was rude, arrogant, and dismissive, with a consistently poor attitude toward both clients and staff. While present in the office, I personally overheard the attorney speaking in an extremely unprofessional and degrading ...manner about clients, as well as verbally berating her own employees. This kind of conduct is shocking and completely inappropriate for a legal professional. After collecting a very high fee upfront, there was little to no follow-up from the office. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, and most of the time I was told the attorney was “busy” or unavailable. The work product contained multiple errors and had to be revised multiple times, yet issues were never fully resolved. Despite the time-sensitive nature of my situation, there was a complete lack of urgency, care, and professionalism. Given the high fees charged, the level of service, conduct, and professionalism was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm.

The worst experience of my life. No communication with the lawyer after multiple attempts. I went in person and left a note for a call back about my wife's immigration case. It has been over five weeks with no response. The office personnel are constantly changing so their is no consistency when you ...are able to speak to someone. I would advise everyone to seek out another attorney.

I know June Zhou for years and she helped me with my case with time manners and response quick to me all the time. She is a very efficient lawyer who take care of her clients paperworks organized. She always care clients as her friends and been given legal advice right on the points. Honestly she is ...busy all the time, she may not pick up you phone quickly but she always give response after, never doubt her with professions. June is a very professional lawyer and I highly recommend her to my friends if anybody need legal advice in Florida.
