Grant and his team took great care in identifying my needs. It is such a daunting experience and process and after a few emails and calls i was put at ease to what to expect. They always took my calls and responded to my emails. It was frustrating as i had no idea of time frames and understanding how... and when we would get the result we where looking for. I was really nervous to go to my interview and spoke with Grant Kaplan just 2 weeks before my appointment. Grant flew from Florida all the way to Idaho and went with me to my interview.
