Grant Kaplan assisted us in getting our Green Cards within 22 months! He did our initial L1 visa (valid for 1 year) within 3 months and then our 2 year extension. 5 Months after our extension was granted, we submitted our Green Card Applications. After 3 months, we got a got a "Request for additional... information"! We were very worried but sent the information in within a week. Less than 4 weeks later we received our notice that we have been granted permanent residence status. Entering the USA, I was detained at Logan Airport for using a "vacation visa " with the wrong Intent. I was married to a US Citizen, and living in South Africa, and entered the United States on a vacation visa due to advise to bad advise from another immigration attorney. Luckily I had printout o...f my email conversations and was paroled into the USA, and told to get the necessary documentation in 14 days or leave the USA. We wanted to thank Grant for his assistance in getting the approval for my wife's Green Card. The whole process went very fast once we had all of our things together, and once he forwarded the letter with the application which helped the process. The office team was good calling and answering the qu...estions we had, so we could be prepared and they coordinated things for us. We feel the interview went very well and it was good having you the attorney there, to back us up if the interviewer, Costanza I think was her name, got difficult. See did seem to feel an entry document was important, so it was good the attorney was able to get what she needed. It was good also bouncing things off with the attorney, as far as preparing for the interview and some of the questions we had. Finally, it was good that Grant put together a good team to help use with this whole process. Of cause, it is great to know it worked out and that we can move more freely between countries. It also just happened that I got my permanent residency for Canada this week also. So things have been working out for both of use and we appreciate all your efforts.
