I came to know Tom after an unfortunate situation presented itself to me (lawsuit). I had spent thousands of dollars on four prior lawyers all who eagerly accepted my case and retainer fee but whom lacked the experience/expertise to carry the case through. Unfortunately many a lawyer will tell you ...they are a "Trial Lawyer" although they have never argued a motion in court let alone taken a case to trial. Although Tom is primarily a transaction lawyer he has the ability, expertise, experience, and willingness to take a case to trial. Not so for the majority of lawyers out there. When you have a need and really need a trial lawyer to help you through the legal system, Tom is there for you. When all the other lawyers took your money and ran when things got tough, Tom is there doing what's best for you. Thank you Tom you helped restore my faith in your profession.

This attorney charges exorbitant rates, high admin fees, with little to no results. Mr. Graner treats a case as a cash cow, milking it for all its worth, and then practices extortion to get his fees before any results have been achieved. I got NO results and was charged over $20,000 and when I told... him that I was through paying these ridiculous charges with NO RESULTS, he filed papers quitting the case stating "irreconcilable differences". Stay away from this attorney unless you are made of money and want to throw it away! His office even sent me someone else's bill by mistake for a real estate closing and I was able to see that he charged them $18,000 just for his closing services!!! Very, Very High-Priced for very, very little work.
