I came to know Tom after an unfortunate situation presented itself to me (lawsuit). I had spent thousands of dollars on four prior lawyers all who eagerly accepted my case and retainer fee but whom lacked the experience/expertise to carry the case through. Unfortunately many a lawyer will tell you ...they are a "Trial Lawyer" although they have never argued a motion in court let alone taken a case to trial. Although Tom is primarily a transaction lawyer he has the ability, expertise, experience, and willingness to take a case to trial. Not so for the majority of lawyers out there.
