I have been trying to speak with you for about a month now. I have given you and your firm a lot of money which I cannot afford because you said you would fight for me. I have tried to contact you several times. We have had scheduled appointments to speak which have never occurred. According to your ...“managers” I should be speaking to you tomorrow. This is something which has been promised to me several times before. My hope is we can come to some agreement before I take my complaint to the Florida Bar Association and the Florida Attorney General.
