Well, I hired your law firm, GM Law, to help me with my student loan debt. During that time, I paid my hard earned money to you/your firm. Anytime I would ask to speak to an actual attorney, I'd get the run around from your managers. I requested a copy of my file. The contents showed that you and you...r firm had only ever sent cease and desist letters and requests for documents. When I inquired about the lack of effort put in after years of service, I was told "this is a long game." Yea, well, that long game put my loans into default, mine and my cosigners credits are completely destroyed, and Navient is now after me and my cosigner. It's possible Chantel Grant could be a great and capable lawyer. I wouldn't know though because she did nothing for me.
