Michelle did an excellent job of representing me. I had a claim that was initially denied and when I hired Michelle, she came in and immediately started negotiating with the opposing side. We ended up settling and I received the result that I initially wanted from the opposing side. I am so grateful ...that she came in and saved the day, because the opposing side would not budge when I was communicating with them.She is professional, friendly, and communicative.
