Mara is a great lawyer!

Mara Bernstein has always stepped up and guided me through many difficult post divorce situations when my ex has been in contempt. Her knowledge and guidance has been invaluable. She has always left me feeling confident and calm. I wish I would have had her by my side when my marriage first ended.

Mara is the BEST in the BUSINESS!

Marital dissolution is a brutally emotional process, even in the collaborative realm. One of the most important decisions is that of choosing a capable and professional attorney. Regardless of the process, when assets and children are involved, there will be moments that flare up. Choosing Mara ...and her team was the right choice. I felt heard, respected, prioritized, and understood. Having said this, she was always willing to turn on her 'attorney' button and tell me when I was being unreasonable. Empathy, combined with advocacy, defines the Law Practice of Mara Bernstein. While I would never wish the need for such counsel upon anyone without good reason, if you do need representation there is no better choice in our area.

Would chose Mara over and over!

Mara is extraordinary. She helped me with getting through a challenging time in my life with my fiancé while we were discussing the prenup agreement. Mara demonstrated a deep understanding of the legal complexities while being extremely empathetic and sensitive to my needs and concerns throughout th...e process. Mara shared best practices, life stories, examples and details that are needed to understand while reviewing a prenup agreement. She is fair and nurturing but also strong and assertive. Mara is 100% on your side, she cares and overall is an excellent human. Her team also provided exceptional service and made the process easy.
