Mara Bernstein

When you decide to proceed with a divorce, finding the right attorney is not easy. How do you know who to work with unless you've been through the process previously? After working with Mara and learning more about other people's divorce experiences, I am extremely confident Mara was the best person ...I could have found and I was super lucky to be introduced to her. Mara is straight talking, super smart, ethical, a great communicator and is super fair with her fee's. I have learned that these qualities are not common with divorce attorney's. Most of all, Mara is a really nice human being who will help you through this difficult process.

Mara is the BEST in the BUSINESS!

Marital dissolution is a brutally emotional process, even in the collaborative realm. One of the most important decisions is that of choosing a capable and professional attorney. Regardless of the process, when assets and children are involved, there will be moments that flare up. Choosing Mara ...and her team was the right choice. I felt heard, respected, prioritized, and understood. Having said this, she was always willing to turn on her 'attorney' button and tell me when I was being unreasonable. Empathy, combined with advocacy, defines the Law Practice of Mara Bernstein. While I would never wish the need for such counsel upon anyone without good reason, if you do need representation there is no better choice in our area.

A gem of an attorney.

I recently needed the services of a divorce attorney and Mara Bernstein came highly recommended. The recommendation did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, she exceeded my expectations. She is kind, compassionate, considerate at a time when it matters most. She was straightforward with regards to ex...pectations and next steps. She fought hard for me and told me when to back off. I was glad to have her on my side. I have a great appreciation for her. She is a great attorney and a wonderful person.
