Mara is GREAT!!!!

Mara did a wonderful job helping me navigate my collaborative divorce in Florida. It was a complex situation involving our special needs son and one that required a lot of creativity and flexibility. Tough and fare with compassion

Mara Bernstein

When you decide to proceed with a divorce, finding the right attorney is not easy. How do you know who to work with unless you've been through the process previously? After working with Mara and learning more about other people's divorce experiences, I am extremely confident Mara was the best person ...I could have found and I was super lucky to be introduced to her. Mara is straight talking, super smart, ethical, a great communicator and is super fair with her fee's. I have learned that these qualities are not common with divorce attorney's. Most of all, Mara is a really nice human being who will help you through this difficult process.

Effective Client Advocate- Highly recommend!

Mara Bernstein represented me in the establishment of a Prenup. The process was difficult for all involved due to the nature of the beast. Mara's efficient and effective communication with the other attorney on the case kept it moving forward. She was very approachable and understood my concerns c...learly.
