Biography
DAVID J. KIM concentrates his diverse practice on general commercial, business, insurance and real estate litigation. In addition, David specializes in the representation of condominium and homeowner associations, including litigation, corporate advisement, covenant analysis and opinions, collections, and other general corporate association issues.
As a litigator, David has experience ranging from the representation of major financial institutions, insurance carriers and municipalities to associations, small businesses and individuals involving contracts, real estate, insurance and business disputes, among others.
Upon graduation from law school, David served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the complex commercial litigation division for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida. Prior to co-founding Sajdera Kim, PLLC, David was a senior litigation attorney at a boutique firm in Boca Raton, Florida; and was a litigation associate in the West Palm Beach office of a regional firm specializing in construction defect litigation, insurance defense, products liability, subrogation and complex commercial litigation.
