Biography
I am a Florida native and have practiced trial law in South Florida since 1988. My law practice is devoted to litigating client matters in state and federal courts and in arbitration. I am licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. In addition to litigation through the courts, I regularly handle arbitration matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") and the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").
My practice involves the representation of both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various business-related disputes and litigation. More particularly, my practice is concentrated in the areas of trial law, litigation, arbitration and mediation arising in connection with business and real estate disputes, construction matters, securities litigation, stock broker misconduct, investor's rights, investment diputes, FINRA arbitration, and FINRA expungement cases.
