A real rip off ... Don't let your life' destiny depend on him!
Got an appointment and sat with him explaining my problem. He promised me many good things on my problem solutions and the way he would handle it. Never saw him anymore from the second I signed our retainer agreement. Never got informed on the process. As time was passing with no progress they sudden...
As noted below, it is the clear and firm policy of our office that it is NOT possible to guarantee the result in ANY case. Therefore, we neither promise nor guarantee a result in any case. Sometimes, there are changes in law, policy, or procedure by Immigration which affects our strategy in a case. When such an instance occurs, we immediately invite the client to meet with Richard Hujber, Esq. to discuss this in specific detail. In additon, we are each readily available by telephone, and especially by e-mail anytime. I often respond to e-mails at night and on weekends to make sure clients are aware of the status of their case. We offer a consultation to assist individuals in their immigration matters. We then provide an estimate as to the legal fees necessary to represent a client in such a situation, which often varies depending on the type of case. It is entirely up to the individual as to whether to retain our office, and we use no such "tactics" when it comes to quoting such fees to our clients.

Don't waste your time and money on him
Hired Richard Hujber for an extremely important immigration related case BUT It was his paralegal "Eunice" who was assigned to my case without me even being informed. Eunice neither understands/speaks proper English nor cares about your case no matter how important it is. They completed the work only...
Our paralegal, Eunice, speaks perfect English (and Spanish). Naming her by name in this website is unnecessary, unreasonable, and unfair. This appears to be an individual/client unhappy with a situation where Immigration announced that a cap/quota has been reached, and therefore the case would not be accepted or processed by Immigration. This is through absolutely NO fault of Eunice or the law office of Richard Hujber, Esq. We spent many hours of time and work on this important case, and there were NO delays on our end. While we certainly understand the frustration of this result, we make it absolutely clear in our retainer agreement that NO guarantee can be made with regard to the result in ANY case, and in particular a case where a government quota/cap in the number of petitions is reached. As the son of Hungarian immigrants, Richard Hujber, Esq. cares deeply about each and every one of his clients, and makes sure that his entire staff feels the same way with regard to the importance of each case. Having successfully represented hundreds of clients, situations like this may arise on a very rare occasion. However, the fact that a cap/quota was reached by Imigration cannot be blamed on this law office, Richard Hujber, Esq., or his staff.
"I endorse this lawyer. Richard Hujber cares deeply about his clients and does everything in his power to obtain positive results. His past experience working with the Miami Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals allows for a unique perspective in providing quality service."
