Richard Arpad Hujber

Got an appointment and sat with him explaining my problem. He promised me many good things on my problem solutions and the way he would handle it. Never saw him anymore from the second I signed our retainer agreement. Never got informed on the process. As time was passing with no progress they sudden...ly changed their mind and told me that I need to do some other things in addition to what had been in process (Apparently they were not happy with the money that had already been made). Things that initially were not needed according to Richard himself turned out to be necessary somehow. I even asked them how come Richard told me the opposite and now everything just changed!? I later realized that was their tactic to milk me even more. Anyway I ended up with a lot of money that had been wasted for nothing. Changed my attorney and got what I wanted. Would never recommend Richard and his law firm. Richard Hujber law office is a real rip off.

I had the good fortune to meet attorney Richard Hujber in person who was referred to me by a good friend for whom Richard had handled a very difficult asylum case and won it after an appeal. Richard handled my H-1B visa application. He took the time to meet with me, answer questions, so did his paral...egal Eunice, who was very kind, he also had another attorney at his firm, Fabiana Reyes work on my case. It was a team effort. They were retained to help me with this case on very short notice, they got the file together quickly, Fabiana was always available and answered tons of phone calls and emails with questions from me and my employers. Long story short, my H1-B visa was approved. I have great esteem for all his staff, they are friendly and polite, I have great respect and I am truly thankful to Richard and Fabiana for their hard work. Hired Richard Hujber for an extremely important immigration related case BUT It was his paralegal "Eunice" who was assigned to my case without me even being informed. Eunice neither understands/speaks proper English nor cares about your case no matter how important it is. They completed the work only... when it was useless because they wasted so much time that finally ended up missing the deadline. They never returned my calls and I had to call 3-4 times to finally speak to someone and I never received any update on the process. They only called me when I was supposed to pay them and that was the only time I could ask what is being done. Richard does not care about his clients and their lives that depend on his work. He does not even care if he and his law firm handle what they are paid to do peoperly. That law office is a mess indeed and none of them knows what they are doing. His Paralegal was telling me something while he was telling me exactly the opposite. Wasted my time and money on him and never got what they had accepted to do. I DO NOT recommend Richard Hujber and his law firm at all and would never ever hire him again. If you care about service, quality, trustworthiness and of course your time and money he is NOT the right person to do your work. Don't waste your time and money on him. All you receive from him is stress and nothing else.
