Richard Arpad Hujber

I retained Richard to help me out with my case, I found myself lost and completely hopeless. Richard helped us out, he has been incredibly professional and very personable. One thing that I found unique is the fact that he takes the time to talk to you, to go over your case. Other immigration attorn...eys just come in, they take notes, shake your hand and leave, and from that point on all you see are paralegals. This is not the case in Richard's practice, and that gives you a sense of security that he and his staff care.

Hired him on an important immigration case. Long story short wasted my time & money because of his mistakes and also his assistants'. There are a few people working in his law office and they are supposed to be correlated and do a team work but they simply don't. One of them tells you something and t...he other one exactly the opposite ... !!! When you complain and blame them for their mistakes they simply deny everything from scratch and that's funny !!! His answer to your complain would always be that there is no guarantee on any immigration case BUT he never accepts his mistakes and that makes him an unprofessional person. Give him the most difficult case, he would never say he can't do it. Why?? because all he cares about is your money. You sign a retainer with him, you lose! Be careful with him.

Got an appointment and sat with him explaining my problem. He promised me many good things on my problem solutions and the way he would handle it. Never saw him anymore from the second I signed our retainer agreement. Never got informed on the process. As time was passing with no progress they sudden...ly changed their mind and told me that I need to do some other things in addition to what had been in process (Apparently they were not happy with the money that had already been made). Things that initially were not needed according to Richard himself turned out to be necessary somehow. I even asked them how come Richard told me the opposite and now everything just changed!? I later realized that was their tactic to milk me even more. Anyway I ended up with a lot of money that had been wasted for nothing. Changed my attorney and got what I wanted. Would never recommend Richard and his law firm. Richard Hujber law office is a real rip off.
