Biography
Daniel Yibirin is a graduate of Florida State University and of the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States Court for the Southern DIstrict of Florida, and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Yibirin is a native of Colombia whose family immigrated to the United States. His personal experience as an immigrant cultivated a true appreciation and compassion for others seeking to legalize their status and obtain United States Citizenship. Mr. Yibirin understands the complexities associated with immigration procedures, and applies his knowledge and background to competentely assist those who wish to build a life in this country.
His law practice is dedicated to all areas of immigration and nationality law, including employment based and family based cases, deportation defense, appeals to federal court, and investor visas.
