Richard Arpad Hujber

I've worked in the past with top law firms in immigration, probate, litigation, etc but very few have met my expectations both in terms of knowledge and overall experience. Mr. Hujber was exceptional and showed what I consider the best quality an attorney can have, an openness to listen. He is willin...g to move forward with cases many would not even consider, an admirable trait that exemplifies confidence in his ability to present strong cases and his willingness to the best of his ability to try to help you with your case. His office was very attentive throughout the process and no hidden fees were charged at any point (I've had a lot of bad faith situations in the past with other law firms). While I've always been more interested in results than experience, I must also say he was very nice. I understand there is a lot of praise in this but it is well deserved. I strongly recommend you consider this firm.

I cannot imagine where my wife and I would be without the services of Mr. Hujber and his associates. We had previously hired a different attorney who was very communicative and encouraging....until he got our money. After that we couldn't get a hold of him for anything. When My wife and I finally ...got our interview we learned that our paperwork was not filed correctly and that we were given erroneous information. Mr Hubjer was a godsend. His staff worked tirelessly on our behalf. When I emailed him he emailed us back. He explained our case to us and gave us realistic expectations which empowered us moving forward. My wife received her green card in the mail a little more than one week ago. We are forever grateful to Mr. Hujber and his staff for their help, support and expertise.

I retained Richard to help me out with my case, I found myself lost and completely hopeless. Richard helped us out, he has been incredibly professional and very personable. One thing that I found unique is the fact that he takes the time to talk to you, to go over your case. Other immigration attorn...eys just come in, they take notes, shake your hand and leave, and from that point on all you see are paralegals. This is not the case in Richard's practice, and that gives you a sense of security that he and his staff care.

I consider Richard not only my Lawyer but a close friend. Richard is so capable to handle the most complicated cases, I saw 8 different attorneys before him and none would take my case Richard turn something that seemed impossible. I am married to an American citizen and have 3 daughters all USA ci...tizens and I am the sole provider of this American family being in the country for 20+ years and they were going to deport me on July 3rd of 2018, somehow he was able to stopped my deportation literally a few hours before I got in that plane. He come up with great strategy he even created a petition on my behalf and made the media to pick up my story and create awareness on a lot of people.
