Marc was a Quarterfinalist in the 1L Moot Court Competition, a Semifinalist in the Law School’s Negotiation Competition, and he won his Criminal Trial for the famed Litigation Skills class. In addition, he was a research assistant to Professor Bruce Winick helping draft a book on the subject of Therapeutic Jurisprudence and Civil Commitment Hearings. Marc previously worked for the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office in the 10-20-Life Division and was a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Daniel Hurley of the Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Marc graduated in 2001 from the University of Florida where he majored in Philosophy, made the Dean’s and President’s List numerous semesters, was inducted into the Golden Key Honor Society, and was a member of the Men’s Rugby Team. He grew up in South Florida, graduating from Suncoast High School.
Marc is licensed in all state courts by the Florida Bar, and is additionally admitted in the following federal courts: 11th Circuit of Appeals, 4th Circuit of Appeals, and the Southern District of Florida.
