Seth Tad Weinstein is truly awesome. Based on my experience with him, he is definitely in the right field. Seth is very knowledgeable about real estate law, and it was very evident in the way he reviewed my real estate contract. I also want to include the fact that when I contacted Seth’s offi...ce I only had 48 hours to have my real estate contract reviewed and signed in order to proceed with the terms purchasing a home under construction. To make matters worse, this was the week of Christmas when most law firms are very busy due to most of the staff is on vacation. Once I explained my situation to Seth, he immediately stated that he would take care of it for me. Due to this real estate contract being new construction with a HOA it was around 140 pages. Seth reviewed the contract for me right away. I tried to offer additional money for handling this “rush” situation, and he refused. He told me that he would never charge a client more than regular price even if it was a rush. He had empathy for me and reviewed the contract under regular terms which was not a lot due to the fact that I have ARAG Legal Insurance which has a set rate to pay their attorneys. Seth was able to point out numerous items in the contract that we should discuss with the builder. We were able to discuss the items with the builder and the builder added an addendum to the contract. In addition, we ended up getting one of the latest Samsung refrigerators, since refrigerators are no longer considered standard to the average builder.
