Biography
Todd M. Kurland has a broad base of legal experience focusing on various business transactions, business and commercial litigation matters, partnership and LLC member disputes, breach of contract, and even business formations.
Todd is not only an excellent advocate, but he’s also a creative strategist and problem-solver. Todd is a competitive and passionate advocate, and thrives in the strategic aspects of business; the formation of entities, agreements, and partnerships; and developing relationships with a diverse client base. He takes great pride in negotiating resolutions to complex business problems and disputes.
After graduating from Flagler College in 2005, Todd attended Touro College in Huntington, New York, where he received his juris doctorate in May of 2008. He was then admitted into the Florida Bar in September of 2008, and then admitted before the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2009.
Following his admission into the Florida Bar, he worked in a private firm in Tampa where he represented several hundred administrative final evidentiary hearings. Todd moved back home to the Palm Beach County area at the close of 2012, where he worked for mid-sized private firms serving clients with their various business litigation issues and disputes. In August 2014, Todd founded the Law Office of Todd M. Kurland to focus his practice on advocating for and representing the business owners of his community.
Todd relocated from Chicago to Jupiter, Florida with his family at a young age. As a Jupiter native, he is an avid surfer and kite boarder when not practicing law.
