Divorce and any other type of family law proceeding can be one of the worst, emotionally and physically draining experiences any individual can go through.  Most people are unfamiliar with the law and do not know what to expect will happen to them in the event that a divorce, modification, paternity, relcoation, enforcement or contempt action is filed agaisnt them.  For 20 years I have been guiding clients through the process by educating and involving them and by keeping them well informed. 

In my 20 years of practice I have handled all types of marital and family law cases including orignial divorces, modifications, relocations, timesharing/custopdy disputes, paternity, enforcement and contempt actions.  I oversee all aspects of each individual case from filing, through the discovery process, mediation and through litigation and appeal if necessary.  During this time, I am in constant contact with my clients to keep them apprised of the status of their case so they know they are involved in the processs and they do not feel left in the dark.  Sometimes, these cases can be highly contentious which requires an aggressive attorney.  Sometimes, these cases involve surprisingly reasonable people who require an attorney skilled at negotiating an amicable settlement.  I am both.  I represent each client in the manner in which best benefits them and their goals with the expectation that I am going to get the case done so that they can move on and repair their lives. 

Since 2011, I have been practicing with my husband and partner Jeffrey D'Amore, Esq.  Together we offer concierge personal service to our clients.  Our clients benefit from the experience of having two well seasoned attorneys' perspectives on their cases for the price of one.  Both Jeff and I have extensive experience in high conflict, high asset and complex cases as well as cases that involve more modest means and assets.  Our clients have constant access to us, not only during business hours, but after hours as needed. 

On a personal note, Jeff, our three children and I live in the north end of Palm Beach County and are involved in local community activities as well as local charitable organizations.  We believe in not only helping our clients but our community as well.
