Renier Ledezma

Several years ago I was involved in a contentious lawsuit representing a third party. I met Ray Ledezma who represented a primary party in the lawsuit. Throughout the suit Ray was professional, courteous, and well-prepared every time the parties were in front of the judge. Since then, we have stay...ed in touch with each other, will on occasion seek each other’s advice, and refer prospective clients. I’m proud to call him a colleague and friend.

Where to start… You know when in hindsight you think and say ‘I wish I would have found someone else?’ well this isn’t it, of all the things that went wrong the day that I got rear-ended, the best thing was to call Mr. Ray Ledezma, WOW!! he called me back immediately and I met with him next day, ...he was genuinely concerned about me and explained the whole scenario to me. This was without knowing what the other person’s insurance limits were. I’m so thankful that I read some reviews like this that made me take the best decision that day. I could have called one of those big companies that you see or hear advertisements for, and they would have paired me up with a paralegal and a Junior attorney, I can almost see it, I wouldn’t have gotten half of what I did. You need someone like Mr. Ledezma to be involved in every aspect of the case so you can get the best outcome, you’d ask… ‘yeah but how do I know that he can fight for me better than the big companies?... I’ll tell you how I know, we were against one of the biggest law firms in commercial insurance litigation ( I wish I could say who they were), and a battery of attorneys were copied on every single court document, not to mention that they were representing one of the biggest names in insurance Coverage. Right before we started trial ‘they’ came to us wanting to settle the case after not being even reasonable at mediation. It was like that movie Rain Maker with Matt Damon, well this wasn’t Ray Ledezma’s first rodeo he has plenty of experience. and we didn’t get to meet Danny the Vito Long story short, if you are reading this because you need help and have been in an accident? WHAT are you doing??? Call Ray Ledezma right away and seek some medical help!! You will be forever grateful you did, and you can thank me later. P.S. I’m not a family member or related to him, however I’d like to think of him as a Friend that has helped me and my family in one of the most difficult times in my life, and has gotten me more money than I thought I would get… What are you still reading? , CALL HIM!!

The Ledezma Law Firm is the absolute best personal injury firm in the state. Attorney, Ray Ledezma is on the ball and helped me throughout this entire process. When I first met him he explained to me what my realistic expectations should be. The bodily injury policy limits for the at fault driver was... only $50,000. However, if the insurance company acted in bad faith I would possibly be entitled to more than the $50,000. His office encouraged me throughout my treatment. Mr. Ledezma kept in contact with my doctors and he was aware of the treatment I was receiving and how I was feeling. He also explained to me how my treatment would affect the value of my case. Mr. Ledezma did an asset check of the at fault driver to see if he had anything we could go after above the $50,000. Unfortunately, the at fault driver did not have any assets worth going after. Mr. Ledezma's representation of me was very comprehensive and at the end of my claim I had all my questions answered. Thankfully, my case did not have to go into litigation. We almost had to file a complaint but thanks to Mr. Ledezma's aggressive representation of my case we did not have to do that. He negotiated with the adjuster and he got me great result. This was a bad accident with a lot of property damage. I ended up getting a great settlement and I would definitely recommend Mr. Ledezma to anyone!

Things are different to say least in Okeechobee Fl . Was recomended Renier Ledezma (Ray) from friend . Had meetting With Ray Before docket call .Retained him that morning and was explained what to expect and motions that would be step by step Ray became a friend come to my house went over evidence .... he then explained next steps and what he thought we should do .Ray was in contact with me almost 2Yrs this case draged along every month for almost 2Yrs every month continue well i had to be out state with my work Ray found out i was missing week work he filed motion were didnt half be there so there fore able to stay working if he got up date he call you he takes his work serious and researched case after case .He is by far the best lawyer i hired andkept me updated to keeping spirts up threw out this whole awful experince he covers all cornes and the what if'S and there was my point he want get hit from blind side and that happens in okeechobee alot ..Ray me and my family thank you...
