Biography
Merin Seifer focuses her practice on Family Law and Real Estate matters. Merin diligently represents her clients through the mediation and litigation of family law issues including divorce, alimony, timesharing, paternity, child support, modification, contempt, enforcement, and adoption as well as real estate matters such as foreclosure defense, short sale negotiation and title/clsoing transactions. Merin is an effective negotiator and has helped many clients acheive successful resolution of their cases through mediation and negotiation. When these issues cannot be settled amicably, Merin advocates aggressively on her clients' behalf in the courtroom.
Merin grew up in South Florida and received her B.A. in Communication from Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.
Merin strives to create a practice focused on her clients. Facing legal issues can be extremely emotionally challenging for clients. Responsiveness to client concerns and attorney accessibility are the keys to helping people navigate the difficult issues that their cases present.
