About Jonathan
Biography
Every client has a unique story to tell. About their families, their finances, their health, their worries, their hopes. About the past, the present and the future. I am always eager to understand each story and to get to know my clients. Then together, we construct an estate plan to meet their goals and put their minds at ease.
Creating an estate plan is very serious work, and many clients have serious issues that need addressing. Nonetheless, we usually enjoy our talks and there are often moments of laughter as we work together.
My clients include young people just starting out in life, and older people who want to be sure that their wealth eventually goes to the people they care about. My work includes creating wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care surrogates. I also help people worried about losing their assets to nursing home costs, who want to protect minor children, and who want to ensure their special needs loved one is cared for as time goes on.
It is a great honor when someone shares his/her story with me. It’s gratifying to be trusted to help people make some of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. I always give 100%, because I love my job, and I think it shows.
