Cyrus Siavash Niakan

Cyrus S. Niakan exclusively works on behalf of the injured and their families.  He handles a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases, from automobile accident and negligent security cases to those cases involving manufacturing and design defects, throughout Florida and across the United States.  Cyrus has litigated successfully against almost every major international automobile and tire manufacturer, and has litigated a diverse spectrum of complex product liability cases from defective medical devices to defective ladders.  Cyrus’ tenacity and zeal has resulted in numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients, including verdicts and settlements totaling $20,000,000. 

Cyrus attended law school at the University of Arizona on an academic scholarship.  After graduation, he began his legal career as a defense attorney with a Miami law firm.  Before representing the injured, Cyrus litigated cases on behalf of some of the nation’s largest insurance companies and corporations.  In those years, he learned how insurance companies and corporations evaluate claims and the strategies they use to defend cases.  He now uses those invaluable insights to defend the rights of clients going up against insurance and corporate giants.
