Pathetic!

Mr. Denis was hired for an immigration case. After on or about two months of trying to contact him to prepare me for the interview and after he failed to answer the phone and emails I had to hire someone else to finish the work. Mr. Denis then promised to refund the money for the unearned portion b...ut he again has disappeared. He does not have a legal assistant since January of 2016 as they got into an argument... Mr. Denis has not hired a new assistant since so clients pay the ultimate price. I stopped by his office in several occasions and saw mail from 3 weeks prior. Also, he has my file and despite my text messages, my emails, my faxes, phone calls and my trips to his office leaving messages he has failed to communicate with me to give me my file. My new attorney has sent him certified mail... As a matter of fact, I even contacted the Florida Bar Association and attempted to call him before I filed an official complaint against him and they left him a message only to go unanswered... As a result, I have now filed an official complaint. Beware, this attorney has had his license suspended a couple of times. If you read the reviews of others (not just this review) I would certainly trust them. This attorney is also a registered agent for many companies... as a result, it is his duty to make himself available in case someone has a complaint against those companies but he does not make himself available. The Florida Bar is sending someone to his office to investigate. In addition to all this, I now believe that Mr. Denis might be having money problems... not only because he agreed to refund the unearned portion of the prepaid legal fees but because it has been almost 3 months since he promised a refund and I don't receive a check back. Furthermore, he has not hired a paralegal to be at the office or even a phone service to answer the phone or take messages from clients. In addition, I paid for all the fees and costs of my case in advanced and Mr. Denis delayed submitting my application for months... It wasn't until I demanded my money back that he eventually submitted my application but it came back as rejected because he did not send the correct amount of money... After this, Mr. Denis still took on or about another month to resend the correct amount of money... Do not pay in advanced. If you do make the mistake of hiring this lawyer pay him as he completes the work -- not in advance or you will find yourself begin for your money back. Save yourself a headache.

do not go!

he started a custody case and he took a year and a half just to start. when I finally when to court they didn't even know about my case and he sent a different attorney to represent me, so I cancel my case with Mr Denis who refuse return any of my money ($3000.00). so i totally DO NOT recommend this ...attorney to any one, he is an extremely mess.
