Jonathan Daniel Wald

I just read the review of someone saying Jonathon and his staff did not answer calls. I can tell you that was absolutely NOT my case. Jonathon and his staff were very professional and always seemed to go the extra mile. All my calls/emails were answered ASAP, usually the very same day or by the next ...day at the very least. I always knew what was going on with my case. And NEVER did I feel Jonathon was just trying to get money, just the opposite I always felt he was doing his very best for me and my family. I can not say enough wonderful things about Jonathon. I was very guarded, I had been thru the court process previously, but this time I quickly saw Jon was not going to take the "crap" administered by the other side. I always felt Jonathon had both my best interest and my children's best interest at heart. At the same time he was honest with me, when telling me what to expect and what I could not expect. He thought of ways to negotiate and settle matters that I (or previous attorney) never thought of. Most of all, Jonathon always stood firm for me. With my previous attorney things had been left hanging, which allowed the other side to do whatever he wanted. Jonathon made sure the process was finished, with no room for speculation. My advice is to absolutely trust Jonathon. You will never regret it!

Jon Wald has helped me more than I could've imagined. He and his staff are very friendly, always helpful, and knowledgeable. There wasn't a time that I called or emailed that I did not get a response the same day or even sometimes within minutes. He is very upfront and honest which is how a lawyer sh...ould be. He doesn't sugar coat the situation so that you can hear what you want to. I have been working with him for several months now and am very pleased with how my case is being handled and the results we have received thus far. If you or a friend are in need of assistance do not hesitate to contact his office. I was referred to him by associates and I retained him as my attorney the day of my consultation with him. My case is still ongoing and as the father in the situation most odds are already against me, he and his office have shown that that will not be a factor. In my case it has shown the knowledge and experience of Mr. Wald with the results I have received. I am extremely grateful of finding him as my attorney and will refer anyone to him needing assistance with family legal matters!

My sister and I recently hired Attorney Jonathan Wald, and we had a terrible experience related to how he handled our case. For example, he will hardly return our calls and when he did he didn't provide us with updates as he wasn't aware what his secretary filed or not on his behalf. We also didn...'t like the idea that even though he swore it would only be a flat fee, he kept asking for additional funds every other week. We are giving Jonathan Wald one star due to the lack of organization, lack of honesty, and the overall experience with him and his office.

Jon Wald listened to my situation and concerns and outlined a course of action for me. He gave me confidence and encouraged me by guiding me step by step through the process to acquire the things I needed. I feel that he had my son and my best interest at heart through the entire process. Anytime I h...ad a question or a situation arose he was just a phone call or an email away. He is always willing to listen and offer assistance and advise.

Mr. Wald is a blessing. My son was being kept from me, and Mr. Wald stopped that in its tracks. He fought hard every step of the way, keeping me informed thruout the entire process. Mr. Wald took the fear out of the divorce. I was confident in his abilities. He was open, honest, and friendly. Reall...y, a great guy. His staff is also very approachable, friendly, and courteous. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine. If you need an attorney, you will not be disappointed with Mr. Wald. I knew what to expect, when to expect it, and all of the details needed to move forward. I went from not being "allowed" to see my son, to 50% custody, and nearly 100% when my son turns five and starts school. I will continue to use his services as the need arises.
