Tavis J. Souder is the founding attorney of Souder Law, PLLC, a South Florida personal injury and medical malpractice firm dedicated to helping victims and families rebuild their lives after serious injury.

A former Assistant State Attorney in the Major Crimes Division (Traffic Homicide Unit) and former in-house counsel for a major insurance company, Mr. Souder brings a rare “insider’s perspective” to every case he handles.
