Larry Cortez- harrazzed me for months sending me letters to my house that I had to sign. I never stopped paying my HOA but feel behind . Sued for legal malpractice
I would not recommend this attorney. He was sued by Tree Lake HOA for LEGAL MALPRACTICE . Not only that but he has also had several default judgements against him. Terrible lawyer
It took over a month to get response from Larry Cortez on request for payoff letter. Very unresponsive. After receiving the payoff letter and paying requested amount directly to bank account specified it took another month to release a lien. Not recommended, beware.
