Mr.Austin is like Politicians. Take your money and run ! I was promised a modification and I ended up having to file for bankruptcy. Guess what ??? Not with him. I was told he was not a bankruptcy attorney. Apparently,he is now ??? Maybe, he's just pretending to be???? Mr.Austin said, he gave parti...al refunds to some of the people who demanded it. I NEVER got it ! Mr.Austin said,his employees were recorded and knew they would be fired if they guarenteed ,anyone modifications. Guess he didn't listen to the recordings or maybe, the Bar association didn't do their job either and ask for them for review. During the so called investigation. Mr.Austin said,the phone company didn't forward his calls to the new office for 15 days. I called from December 2011,Jan.2012,Feb.,March.,April May, June, July and August 2012 and no one ever answered. The phone would ring and ring. Til one day ,it was no longer in service. How does no longer in service correlate to the phone company didn't FORWARD his phone calls for 15 days. Wouldn't his phone number still be the same had they of forwarded it ?? This lawyer...is he really a lawyer ??? A thief maybe. Mr.Austin is telling a tale. Maybe next year instead of being a modification atty.,a bankruptcy atty.divorce atty. He will be a DEFENSE attorney !!!!! How does the attorney generals office and the bar association not see this ??? I thought ignorance was no excuse from the law ? Is this what turn a blind eye means ???? They don't want to see him for what he really is ??? Mr. Austin said, and I quote ! "I paid a staff for 6 months after I stopped taking in new files to work on obtaining modifications for the open files." I didn't get my modification from him !" Mr.Austin also said, I made thousands of dollars of refunds." Really ??? I didn't get S#$%. Mr.Austin said,"I have suffered from depression for the first time in my life over what seemed to be an never ending nightmare. I could only hope that he is depressed and still having nightmares over the hell he has put God knows how many people through. I'm still living in it ! It's been almost 3 years and my hell and nightmares haven't stopped !! All because, of Mr.Austin and his employees. Mr.Austin said, and I quote again ! "I do want you to understand that this was not done from some arrogant wilfullness."I simply felt that I was no longer capable of repeating the same thing over and over." He's still doing it ! HE IS WILLFULLY ARROGANT ! Because he is an attorney,he believes he is superior to others and prides himself in ripping people off willingly !

These people are Scams!!!! The Protection Law Center was one of his Firms and they took my $1950 and left me hanging. They did not send in my package that the Bank requested and they stopped contact with me and no one would ever answer the phones and they stopped calling me back. Now I'm in Foreclosu...re. I WILL GET JUSTICE! I PROMISE!!

Mr. Austin after a year of terrible response from his surrogates talked to me in person. He promised me and assured me he would personally contact me weekly concerning my mortgage arbitration. That was 3 months ago and I have not had a single conversation with him since. I have talked 4 times to peop...le in his office and they have told me the bank says it is in their legal department. I now have a letter from the bank saying I did not send them requested information so they can not re work mortgage. Back at square 1 looking at foreclosure. Mr. Austin at the very least does not honor his word and his staff communication reflects his values.
